NRC ORDER – ORDER

On July 15, 2005, an immediately effective Confirmatory Order was issued to establish certain requirements as set forth in the Order including training related to employee protection for contractor personnel who are granted unescorted access at Davis-Besse and the other FENOC nuclear facilities. The Order was discussed during Alternative Dispute Resolution and, subject to satisfactory implementation of said requirements, the NRC will not pursue further enforcement action on this issue.
